If you’re unable to connect to an eduroam Wi-Fi network after upgrading to OS 9 or OS X El Capitan you might need to install an updated configuration profile.
The eduroam consortium provides Wi-Fi internet access to members of education and research institutions. In and El Capitan, the default inner authentication type for TTLS is now EAP instead of MSCHAPv2. Because of this change you might need to update your configuration profile in order to connect to an eduroam network.
